* fix(autojump): fix autojump sourcing in nix (-darwin)

This plugin expects to source an sh/zsh file which sets up autojump, but
that is not done when running Nix on macos using nix-darwin. Looking at
the old value (/etc/profiles/per-user/$USER/bin/autojump), it points to a
binary file instead of the setup script.

refactor(fossil): use `fossil branch current` supported since v2.7 (#11138) 
Using the automation-friendly "fossil branch current" feature added in
Fossil 2.7 instead of ad hoc parsing of human-readable "fossil branch"
output.  Not only does this fix a stray space in the output, it's more
robust against changes in command output in general.

`rails` instead because that's how they are run since Rails v5.

fix(coffee): fix completion bug on missing `coffee` command (#10759) 
This commit fixes the error

  _coffee:49: bad math expression: operand expected at `< 2 '

when the coffee command is missing or the `coffee --version` command fails.

It also uses is-at-least to check for the cut-off version for suggesting
`--lint` and `--require` arguments, instead of using `cut` multiple times.

When generating completions for Cargo, if the Rust sysroot
(i.e. `rustc +${${(z)$(rustup default)}[1]} --print sysroot`) contains
spaces, Cargo completions will not work because the spaces are not
escaped, thus passing two arguments to the "source" command instead of
one. The spaces need to be escaped for this to work.

By default, `typeset` defines variables locally unless in the main scope.
This is specially bad when using `omz plugin load`, which happens inside

refactor(rust)!: merge `cargo` and `rustup` plugins into `rust` plugin (#10270) 
BREAKING CHANGE: `cargo` and `rustup` plugins have been moved to the `rust` plugin
since they're part of the Rust toolchain. If you're using these, update your .zshrc
file to use `rust` instead.

fix(gnu-utils): reassign GNU utils on `preexec` (#10535) 
The previous version rebound the `hash` and `rehash` builtins to
reassing GNU utils when they were called. This didn't take into
account that when `$PATH` changes, the commands are rehashed as
well.

This version adds a preexec hook to reassign the GNU utilities
before running any command, if and only if they aren't already
reassigned. This is checked by looking at the `whoami` command.
